One-Year Warranty
All Jet Stream Inc. products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. The extent of Jet Stream’s obligation under the warranty is the replacement of such product deemed to be defective if it or a representative portion thereof is returned to Jet Stream (Siloam Springs, AR), transportation prepaid, and proves to be defective within the terms of the warranty. Jet Stream will provide such replacement product at the original point of delivery.
The duration of the warranty and of any implied warranty is one year from the date of shipment by Jet Stream. Under no circumstances will Jet Stream be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.

Social Responsibility
JetStream believes equal access to clean water and through a collaborative effort with H2 Alabama and the Water Well Trust, JetStream donated more than 15,000 feet of clean water pipe to support the drilling of nearly 50 wells for citizens of rural Alabama.

Following the disastrous aftermath of the tornadic event in Moore, OK, on May 20, 2013, Jet Stream offered support to the Moore community as part of its PipeLife Donation Program called “27 Months, 27 Countries, 27 Projects.”*
A donation in excess of $3,000 was made by PipeLife International to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief program.
Although this donation represents a small drop in front of the extent of the damages, we know that it will be used in the best way to help the community to transition toward better days.
*This program is part of the Corporate Social Responsibility policy of the PipeLife Group and was launched in 2012 with the goal of supporting a community, an organization, etc., within each country where the Group is present.
